6. TRAILERS NEED REPAIR AND SOME REQUIRE MAJOR REPAIRS.

7. EACH TRAILER PURCHASED SEPARATE FROM LAND FOR $750.00 OR LESS BEFORE BUYER’S PREMIUM REQUIRES A $500.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT UNTIL TRAILER AND REMNANTS ARE REMOVED FROM THE LOT. ALEXANDER AUCTIONS WILL BE THE ESCROW AGENT.

10. ALEXANDER AUCTIONS HAS NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF SEPTIC TANKS AND FIELD LINES, ELECTRIC CONDITION, WELL CONDITION, OR UTILITY WATER LINES.

11. TRAILERS ARE SOLD WITHOUT TITLES, (BILL OF SALE ONLY), AND SELL AS SALVAGE HOMES.

12. PURCHASER MUST PAY FOR ALL COSTS TO REMOVE ANY TRAILER AND ALL REMNANTS TO BE REMOVED.

13. UTILITY PIPES UNDER TRAILER ARE TO BE DISCONNECTED ABOVE GROUND AND LEFT INTACT.

14. SOME TRAILERS HAVE WHEELS AND AXLES AND SOME MAY NOT HAVE WHEELS AND AXLES.

15. SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF THE TRAILER IS NOT REMOVED WITH IN 60 DAYS FROM AUCTION DATE.

16. DECKS PORCHES AND AIR UNITS ARE PART OF THE TRAILER AND MUST BE REMOVED.

17. ANY FURNITURE, PERSONAL PROPERTY & ITEMS NOT SOLD SEPARATE AT AUCTION WILL REMAIN WITH THE TRAILER AND MUST BE REMOVED WITH TRAILER.
