21. THE SALES PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR TRACTS 1, 6 AND 8 WILL BE ADJUSTED AND CALCULATED AS FOLLOW:

TRACT 1: SALES PRICE FOR ACREAGE VARIANCE WILL BE ADJUSTED AND CALCULATED USING THE HIGHEST AVERAGE BID PER ACRE ON TRACT 2 AND TRACT 3 WHEN OFFERED SEPARATE IN THE AUCTION.

TRACT 8: SALES PRICE FOR ACREAGE VARIANCE WILL BE ADJUSTED AND CALCUATED ON THE HIGHEST BID RECEIVED ON TRACT 4 WHEN OFFERED SEPARATE IN THE AUCTION.

TRACT 6: SALES PRICE FOR ACREAGE VARIANCE WILL BE ADJUSTED AND CALCULATED ACCORDING TO THE HIGHEST BID RECEIVED ON TRACT 5 WHEN OFFERED SEPARATE IN THE AUCTION.

22. DEED CONVEYANCE WILL BE A WARRANTY DEED.

23. A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL BID ON THE REAL ESTATE TO DETERMINE THE TOTAL SELLING PRICE AND CONTRACT PRICE.
